Here are some practical steps you can take to help your company
respond to workplace injuries the right way every time:
- Select two responsible individuals—a primary and a backup—to
serve as your workers compensation injury coordinators.
- If you have multiple facilities, choose a separate set of
coordinators for each location.
- Once you’ve named your coordinators, write their names and phone
numbers on this colorful poster to let employees know their

- Hang one poster on every bulletin board in your company to make
it impossible for workers to miss them. That way, if and when a
job-related injury occurs, co-workers will know where to turn first.
