A houseful of extra coverage at a
significant savings!
Harleysville’s Full House Homeowners Insurance Endorsement reaches beyond your basic
homeowners policy to provide a full house of coverage upgrades in your personal insurance protection.
For the amount you’d normally pay for only one or two of these features, you get several additional coverages
and significantly higher limits for many others!
- Mortgage expense protection This feature provides up to $10,000 to help you pay
increased monthly mortgage payments if your home is totally destroyed (and bank requires
you to pay off the mortgage with the insurance proceeds). We’ll also pay up to $2,000
toward the cost of securing a new mortgage if you rebuild your home at the same location.
- Animal death Your birds, dogs and cats are insured for up to $100 per
critter—or a total of $500—for accidental death caused by fire, smoke,
lightning, windstorm, hail, explosion, aircraft or falling objects. And there’s no
deductible for this coverage.
- Debris removal We’ll pay up to $500 to remove any trees of yours that are
downed on your premises by wind, hail or the weight of ice, snow or sleet. And we’ll
do the same if your neighbor’s tree falls on your property for any of the same
reasons.
- Trees and shrubs This very tall extra increases coverage for damage to your
trees, shrubs and plants to $1,000 per item (subject to your total limit for all
greenery).
- Personal liability Your personal liability and medical payments coverage is
extended to insure family members under 18 while involved in occasional, part-time
business pursuits. You are also insured for injury and property damage related to the
operation of motorized golf carts.
Our Full House Endorsement also offers coverages and higher limits—at considerable
savings—for: food spoilage; lock replacement; personal injury; securities; credit
cards; claim expenses; and the theft of jewelry, watches and furs.
